New Ask the Customer Plugin
This new plugin prompts sales reps and users to call customers who have changed their buying habits. The plugin identifies who urgently needs a call as they are buying less, not buying the same products or linked products in the same ratio. Are they buying somewhere else? Reps should be looking at this when they have time to prompt them to make calls.
Comparable sales software that does this costs many £1000s pa. If it prompts you to not lose a customer, prompts you to address a customer’s changing requirements, make more sales or just prompts an overdue call it is worth it.

Carrier Integration Plugin Improved
A lot of improvements have been made to this plugin. If you are having to schedule own deliveries or produce files for carrier software to print labels, book a delivery etc. then this plugin can help.
Alerts Plugin Improvements
The Alerts plugin now has the ability to automatically email or print documents like statements, remittances, invoices etc. It has a good list of Alerts but also now the ability to auto email print some documents. (If you already have the plugin there may be some consultancy time required to set up these new features).

Commercial Invoice Plugin
There have been a lot of customers who have bought this plugin already. If you export this can help create a commercial invoice for customs. The plugin adds a tab in the sales order and Invoice form called Commercial Invoice and will print a commercial invoice with it all. It adds information like commodity code, country of origin, type of export etc. Cost £150 + VAT one off.
Making Tax Digital Success
Most of you now will have filed your first VAT return online using the new Making Tax Digital VAT Return in Interprise. This has been a lot of effort but has been a successful implementation we think.
Upgrade to 485 XX
Most of you have been upgraded now. Many of you have switched to the Ribbon menu and like a lot of the new features. If you have not yet upgraded get yourself into the schedule.
Price Increase – 1st January 2020
From the 1st January 2020, Telephone support for all sites will be going up £100 + VAT PA.
If you have any add on productivity plugins then the Software Maintenance will be going up by £50 + VAT PA making them £300 + VAT PA instead of £250 + VAT PA for the ones you may already have.
Nobody wants price increases but we have to invest in the software development, legislation issues, fixes, features and the support team. We have to have the depth of resources available to cope with the peaks and the troughs of support. Unfortunately the cost of quality people only goes up and the product / support team require investment for the longer term. We need to have more resources around legislation change impact like GDPR, Brexit, MTD, HMRC, VAT, Gateways etc. HMRC are constantly updating and expanding MTD.
The latest version 485 and subsequent versions show the investment we have made into the product. We will not apply the increase until your next renewal on or after the 1st January 2020.
