MS Exchange / Office 365 Email Integration
Any emails sent or received via Exchange / Outlook Web Access can be synchronised into Interprise against the customer, supplier or prospect.
Alerts & Automation
This will send emails depending on certain criteria like new customer, case, over credit limit, on credit hold, margin under a % on orders etc. Auto send statements, invoices, post invoices etc.

This allows you to track stock by Location, Batch and Serial.

Customer Feeds
This allows you to give a customer a feed so they can see stock items, prices and stock qty. The prices are the customers price.
Connectivity Plugins.
API Access
This allows 3rd party developers to push and pull data to and from Interprise. For example a web developer could push a sales order, with customer, ship to, item lines and receipt into Interprise. They could also get information like stock qty, sell price etc. from Interprise. There is a full API developer guide, specific B2B End Points and The Basics available in the Knowledge Base.
Web Shop Connectors Per Web Site : Magento 2, Shopify, Big Commerce, EKM
We have some specific out the box connectors that use the web shops API to bring in sales orders to Interprise, update the order status, sell price and stock qty. You don’t have to use our Connectors as your web developer could do it all using the API but this may mean more cost from them. It depends on your requirements. The connector is designed to reduce the level of work required by your web developer to get orders in and basic information updated.
ZirconBlue EDI, Amazon, eBay & eCommerce Integration Note
ZirconBlue have used the API to integrate EDI connections to multiple vendors. They automatically bring in Sales Orders and send Invoices back out. They also send delivery details out as well. You would enter the customer part codes in the customer record form so the orders can be brought in. They have also done purchase orders to suppliers with GRNS and Bills.

Assuming you have a working TAPI2 driver you can make calls and screen pop using this plugin.
GOb2b Integration Note
GOb2b specialise in B2B web sites. They have used the API to create a full feature rich B2B web site solution.
Paperless Bills
This allows you to copy PDF supplier bills and create templates that OCR the data in these PDFs. This makes data entry easier and quicker. It also automatically attaches the PDF to the GRN bill or expense bill allowing easy access in the future. Automatch Bills to Purchase Orders and Goods Received. No filing or storing or trying to find paper bills.
Carrier Integration, Own Delivery and Packing Station
This allows you to send order details to carriers in file format or automate using Shiptheory API. We also integrate to Proof of Delivery / Route Planning software like TrackPOD or MaxOptra for Own Deliveries or you can use Paper Delivery notes and scan them in when returned. You can also send to 3 rd party warehouses.
MRP Works Orders
Make to Order or Bulk release works orders. Allocate stock components and create requirements for shortfalls.
