  • For businesses processing more than 50 orders a day, you will make use of the Batch Processing functionality within Interprise.
    • Instead of sending customer communications out individually, and manually, Batch Processing will allow you to send Invoices out on mass.
    • All communications can be sent via the 365 Exchange Email Plug-In.
  • Once Sales Orders have been completed, warehouse operatives will be given a Picking Note.
    • Picking Notes utilise Interprise’s Picking Logic to determine the most efficient routes through your warehouse to select goods for order.
    • Pick Notes have helped improve pick quality & improve inter-departmental communications.
  • For managing workloads, the Outstanding Orders Plug-In gives your management team clarity of ongoing workloads and the progress of orders.
  • Integrating your purchasing ledger as well as inventory within Interprise gives clarity on your current stock levels, expected stock levels and the physical location of stock.
    • This is especially important for when communicating with customers when they can expect receipt of their orders.
  • Interprise has Carrier Integration which automates the inputting of sales order details into carrier portals – streamlining the printing of labels from carriers.
  • Interprise also utilises Postal Logic, set up by your team, to create rules & criteria for selecting carriers. This can be based on; order values, weights and more.
  • Interprise allows your marketing team to leverage sales data via the Target List feature within Interprise.
    • Target Lists are leads lists that can be created based on Item sales, item category sales, customers and customer categories.
    • This allows your Marketing team to better pin-point emails and leads list creation for sales staff when marketing new promotions, items or discounts.
  • For businesses that ship to multiple addresses for one customer, Interprise allows you to store unlimited addresses against a single customer record.
  • The Interprise Suite integrates all customer communications.
    • Via the 365 Email Exchange Plug-In, all emails between your team and customers can be synced to Interprise.
    • Within the CRM you can also log:
      • Activities such as calls, call backs
      • To-Dos, Meetings
      • Notes
      • Case Management
  • Interprise allows you to attach documents for specific items, that means every time the item is put onto a Sales Order product specification, terms & conditions or Usage Policies will be sent to the customer.
  • Businesses wishing to put multiple items together to create a set; such as computer builds or products builds, Interprise has Kits & Assemblies that allow you to select relevant items making up a complete item.
  • Interprise has innovative PO routines which expedite the sourcing of goods that are out of stock.
  • The pricing module within Interprise is flexible and can be shaped to the pricing strategies you want to endorse. Whether that’s quantity break pricing, customer category pricing or discounting bands – the pricing module is more than capable of accommodating.
    • Alerts can be created within the system for when prices are amended on the fly to protect your margins.
  • Interprise has EDI capability via the API.  
  • Interprise has Foreign Currency capability.
  • Interprise has order templates based on previous orders.
    • For businesses entering into contracts which have repeat orders, this will allow you to recreate orders easily – including pricing, items, quantities and more.
  • The Sales Order History tab within the Sales Order form gives your sales staff visibility of previous orders, prices paid, items ordered and quantities ordered.
  • Interprise has Trade Counter for physical stores; the Trade Counter will allow your store sales staff to access customer records, sales history & pricing.
  • Interprise can provide your customers with Credit Controls.
  • For time sensitive orders, Interprise has an efficient Drop-Ship Routine.
  • Via our API architecture, Interprise can pull orders from omni-channels such as Amazon, eBay & Online Webshops.
    • This Integration automates order entry into the system – no more manual data entry!
  • If you want to provide customers with another avenue to place orders out of hours, Interprise can push special customer pricing, quantity break pricing & sales order history to your website.
  • The Cross-Sell feature within Interprise can also be transferred to your online web shop.
  • Interprise allows you to track stock with Batch/Serial Traceability
  • Having your sales, purchasing & inventory data all in the same place allows you to have visibility over:
    • Stock allocated to outstanding sales orders
    • Location of stock (warehouse & sub-locations)
    • What stock is on Purchase order and its expected due date
  • For businesses with multiple premises, Interprise accommodates for this with Mutli-Stock Locations.
  • For Stock coming into your premises, Interprise will require a Goods Received Note (GRN).
    • This requires your team the check the stock coming in – helping your team recognise when goods have not been received.
  • Interprise has Units of Measure functionality.
    • This automates the conversion of quantities you buy in bulk from your supplier to the stock you sell to your customers.
    • For example, if you wanted to purchase 10 units to fulfil sales orders and your supplier sells in boxes of 10, Interprise will suggest you only purchase 1 box.
  • Interprise allows your team to accumulate Purchase Orders throughout the day to be sent at once.
    • By sending out Purchase Orders one time in the evening, you can build up larger orders with your suppliers, negotiate better prices and achieve greater economies of scale on delivery costs.
  • Interprise has efficiency boosting Purchase Order generation routines.
    • Interprise has a back-to-back PO routine that creates POs on the back of Sales Orders that require additional stock to what is available on premise. This helps to cut admin times surrounding sales orders.
    • Interprise also has a Drop-Ship routine.
  • The Import & Export Wizard within Interprise allows you to streamline Supplier pricing & item amendments on mass.
  • When creating POs with your suppliers for specific items, your suppliers will be displayed in a list format. This allows you to see who has the best pricing and delivery schedules.
  • Minimum & Maximum Re-Order Points can be created in Interprise, automating the generation of POs when stocks drop below specific levels.
  • Our Paperless Bills Plug-In automates the data entry from Purchase Orders from Suppliers onto the Interprise system.
  • Under one database, the Interprise Suite holds your sales, purchasing and Stock & Inventory data.
    • This means your finance team have a single source of truth for capturing the most important aspects of your business.
    • Some of the reports created within Interprise include:
      • Item, Item Categories Sales performance
      • Customer Performance reports; these are important for measuring customer spend and the variations in spend over time, giving your sales team the ammunition to engage with customers.
      • Period based reporting
      • Purchasing reports; these can be helpful for forecasting stock requirements going into the future.
      • Stock & Inventory flow reports
  • With Sales, Purchasing & Stock under one database, this allows for fluid nominal drill down capabilities.
    • When assessing your chart of accounts or PnL – having all this data within the same system allows you to understand what transactions areback underpinning your figures.
  • Within Interprise there is a Report Writer module – this allows your finance team to slice and dice the data exactly how they want from the data available within the system.
    • The Report Writer will expedite the creation of data visualisation so you know exactly how your business health is progressing.

We find all the support team at Interprise to be very professional and helpful and generally our issues are resolved to our satisfaction. The custom designing of reports tailored to our requirements has come in very useful on occasions and, where required, the support staff are able to access our system remotely to resolve any issues that crop up in real time.

Interprise is really useful for looking at past transactions, its great for knowing all the customer information at your fingertips. We love the fact that all of our data – customers, suppliers, products, and accounting – is held in one database and is therefore totally interlinked. The ability to drill down and across is invaluable. We have people who work in the office, and others who work off site, and the fact that they can use the system wherever they are was one of Interprise’s big advantages. Interprise’s support is as good as any I have ever come across.
