Q. Could you tell us about your company and what you do?

Ten Alps Communicate deliver issue-focussed communication strategies, in areas as varied as finance, education, safety and health. As Digital Director, I oversee the way in which these strategies are transformed into digital assets such as web content, video and off-line interactives.

Q. Can you tell us how long you been using Interprise, how many users you have and what modules you use?

We have been using the full Interprise module suite for the past 4 years supporting 7 users and three web shops.

Q. How has your company benefited from using Interprise Suiteand what are your favourite features?

The most important feature for us was the live link between the stock/inventory management and webshops. Updates made to the stock are immediately available on the webshops.

Additionally, the ability to add custom fields allowed us to tailor the user entry form to our business practices.

Q. What is it like to work with Interprise UK with regards to support, training and an ongoing relationship?

The support team have always been able to address a wide range of technical queries relating to database operation or form customisation.

Q. Would you recommend Interprise Solutions?

The Interprise system is fairly unique in the level of customisation offered in its price range and offers complete integration between CRM, Sales, Inventory management and eCommerce. The system has been a great support for our business operation.
