Q. Could you tell us about your company and what you do?

We are distributors to the rubber, latex, coatings and allied industries. We import and export worldwide with our major customers being tyre manufacturers. We have 95 active products to monitor and deal with every day.

Q. Can you tell us how long you been using Interprise, how many users you have and what modules you use?

We started using Interprise in 2010. We use Sales, Stock, Purchases, Banking and System Manager. We will start with CRM after the holiday season.

Q. How has your company benefited from using Interprise Suite and what are your favourite features?

The reporting side is important to us as well as the usual sales and purchases. The ability to use a “dropship” process allows is to streamline our logistics process.

Q. What is it like to work with Interprise UK with regards to support, training and an ongoing relationship?

Support with Interprise is straight forward and queries are generally resolved in a phone call. Interprise training is also very good and means new staff can be trained by Interprise, leaving our staff to carry on working.
