Q. Could you tell us about your company and what you do?

Astrak is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of excavator undercarriage parts. We have 5 locations across Europe; Scotland (Head office) , Northern Ireland, Denmark, Germany and France.

Each country runs as an independent company with many services and a support system from head office.

Q. Can you tell us how long you been using Interprise, how many users you have and what modules you use?

We kicked off with Interprise in our Scottish and German office in July 2012, followed by Denmark and Ireland in October 2012 and finally in France in January 2013. We had a very busy 6 months!  We currently have around 40 users but this seems to be increasing fairly rapidly! We are currently using CRM, Customer, Supplier, Inventory, Banking and Accounting.

Q. How has your company benefited from using Interprise Suite and what are your favourite features?

Astrak has benefited greatly in having the CRM system integrated with the accounting system; making it easier to see a complete overview of each customer. I would say the adaptability to our specific needs is impressive.

Q. What is it like to work with Interprise UK with regards to support, training and an ongoing relationship?

Interprise support are always there to help; well from 9am onwards :-) They are usually able to solve any issues within the timeframe expected.
