Aquasave, Matthew Bird, Director, speaks about Interprise…

Q. Could you tell us about your company and what you do?

Aquasave is a National Water Management Consultancy, we have operated solely as experts in the Water Industry for 23 years and act for over 60,000 commercial properties in the UK, Our Company has recovered over £100 Million in errors, overcharges and ongoing savings for some of the UK’s biggest companies including: Tesco Stores, J Sainsbury, B&Q, Marks & Spencer, Dixons Retail Group. With Deregulation in Scotland we are also able to “Switch” our Clients Water Supply to different Water Companies and save up to 20% from their current Charges. We will extend this to the rest of the UK in 2017.

Q. Can you tell us how long you been using Interprise, how many users you have and what modules you use?

Aquasave have been using Interprise for nearly a year. We mainly use the CRM and Customer modules. We were expanding our business and had a need for a suitable database on which our Outbound Sales Agents could work to log data/calls/sales. We have 10 active users and hope to be increasing this as our company continues to expand.

Q. How has your company benefited from using Interprise Suite and what are your favourite features?

Prior to using Interprise, Aquasave was mainly a “Paper and Folders” based business. We have now rolled out Interprise out across the whole of our business and we use it for all aspects from Sales, Marketing, processing claims and customer relationship Management. We are now able to create a client record and keep all records of bills/documents and correspondence in one place and it is now easy for anyone to see where we are up to with a particular client and who is responsible for the next course of our process. We have also been able to bespoke Interprise and create fields which are relevant to our business, this is invaluable when we need to sort/filter data for reporting purposes or for conducting a more targeted sales campaign in certain regions.

Q. What is it like to work with Interprise UK with regards to support, training and an ongoing relationship?

Interprise have been fantastic from the start, they worked with us to bespoke their system throughout our company and the training has always been comprehensive. Support wise they are always available to help and Martyn in particular has been exceptional in understanding what our business does and helping tailor things to work for us. He has also been invaluable when we have been inputting new Data and dealing with our other IT providers to ensure all of our systems work smoothly.

Q. Would you recommend Interprise Solutions?

We would have no problem recommending Interprise or Apex IT – their system is first class and so are all of their staff!
