Q. Could you tell us about your company and what you do?

Agralan is a specialist company offering a range of products which allow growers to reduce, rationalise or avoid the need for pesticide applications. Parallel to this, Agralan also markets a range of Home and Garden Products.

Q. Can you tell us how long you been using Interprise, how many users you have and what modules you use?

We have been using Interprise since April 2009 and use the following modules CRM, Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, Financials and Stock Control.

Q. How has your company benefited from using Interprise Suite and what are your favourite features?

We have imports and exports from various locations and Interprise handles this well with the additional bonus of multi-currency trading. The ability to synch all our Emails from Outlook with our Customer and Supplier records is very useful. We also use the consolidation of invoices and have found this a very good and quick way of invoicing at the end of every month.

Q. What is it like to work with Interprise UK with regards to support, training and an ongoing relationship?

Find them very good to work with. Like all new things we did initially have some problems but they were dealt with very quickly. They are always accessible on the phone for support and nine times out ten they answer the question or problem there and then. Like with all new products we have found teething problems but they seem to all be dealt with now with the recent new upgrade.

Q. Would you recommend Interprise Solutions?

Yes we would definitely recommend Interprise solutions to businesses. It is a whole package that enables us to run your whole business efficiently.
